- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c warm water
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 5 c flour
Directions

1Scald milk; add butter, sugar and salt; let cool.

2Dissolve yeast in warm water; add eggs to milk mixture, then to yeast mixture.

3Add flour, mixing after each addition.

4Cover dough and let rise.

5When doubled in bulk, punch down.

6Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter that has been dipped in butter.

7Let rise 1 hour and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
