  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 7 c. flour

Directions

    Put hot water in bowl.

    Add sugar, salt and oil.

    Beat eggs in this when it cools down.

    Add the 1/2 cup warm water with yeast in it.

    Add enough flour to knead; set aside to rise to twice its size.

    Knead down again.

    Make into rolls; let rise again, then bake in a 350° oven.
