  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro
  • 1 tsp. lime juice

Directions

    Combine tomatoes, chili peppers, jalapenos, onion, coriander and cilantro in blender.

    After blended, stir in lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.

    (Reduce jalapenos for milder taste, add more if you dare.)
