- 1 qt. Hunts whole tomatoes, undrained
- 6 jalapenos (seeds included)
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. oil
- salt to taste
Directions

1Place tomatoes with juice in bowl, mash tomatoes to desired consistency.

2Place jalapenos, onion and garlic in food processor and chop.

3In skillet, over low heat, place vinegar, oil and jalapeno mixture until warm to touch (do not boil).

4Sprinkle with salt several times.

5Add tomatoes, stir well.

6Place in jars and refrigerate.
