Hot Seafood Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 c. cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix crab and shrimp; set aside.

    Combine all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter.

    In a large bowl, fold in seafood.

    Spoon into lightly greased 8-inch square casserole. Toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Great over rice.
