Ingredients

  • 1 gal. chopped cabbage
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all together and bring to boil.

    Turn to medium and let simmer for 30 minutes.

    Put in jars and seal.

    Be sure to stir often to avoid sticking.

    Will keep in refrigerator to eat fresh for a month.
