- 5 pounds sirloin or rump beef roast
- salt
- pepper
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Season roast with salt and pepper, put in roaster with onion and a little water.

2Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

3Take out and cool.

4Heat soup until creamy, add all pan drippings from roast and add a bit of Master Gravy or Kitchen Bouquet to darken.

5Slice beef and add to gravy mixture and simmer slowly, approximately 1 hour.
