  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°. In a 9-inch square pan, melt butter. Stir in pecans. Roast 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Mix soy sauce, salt and Tabasco. Stir well. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
