  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 gal. Lipe's Orchard cider

    Put oranges in basket of 30 cup percolator.

    Mix spices together and sprinkle over oranges.

    Put cider in percolator and percolate as for coffee.
