- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Spray pan with nonstick spray.

2Melt butter in baking pan. Stir in salt and add pecans.

3Mix well until nuts are thoroughly coated.

4Add Worcestershire, pepper, cinnamon, and Tabasco and toss again.

5Place in 300° oven for 30 minutes.

6Stir frequently until nuts are brown and crisp.

7Cool and store in airtight container.
