  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Spray pan with nonstick spray.

    Melt butter in baking pan. Stir in salt and add pecans.

    Mix well until nuts are thoroughly coated.

    Add Worcestershire, pepper, cinnamon, and Tabasco and toss again.

    Place in 300° oven for 30 minutes.

    Stir frequently until nuts are brown and crisp.

    Cool and store in airtight container.
