- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen yellow squash or 3 sliced fresh squash
- 1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
- 1/2 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel brand tomatoes
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Cook squash, pepper and onion until tender; drain and mash. Add cheese and tomatoes.

2Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

3Sprinkle broken tortilla chips on top.

4Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
