  • 1 lb. steak, cut thin
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. Franco-American brown gravy and onions
  • 6 hard rolls, split
  • lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  • tomatoes

Directions

    Heat oil.

    Cook steak, onion, garlic and oregano.

    Stir in gravy.

    Spoon 1/4 cup beef onto each piece of hard roll.

    Top with lettuce, cheese and tomato and top of roll.
