- 1 lb. chourico, diced
- 1 good sized onion
- 1 medium to large green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper
Directions

1Cook onion in a large skillet until almost tender or transparent.

2Add green pepper (both chopped).

3Add the meat.

4Add salt and crushed pepper; keep stirring so it will not stick. Makes its own juice.

5Takes about 1/2 hour.

6Serve as a side dish or over buns.
