- 12 to 14 hot peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Wash and core hot peppers.

2Mix sausage and stuff each pepper. Lay peppers in baking dish.

3Pour enough spaghetti sauce to cover each pepper.

4Add cheeses to cover peppers.

5Cover with tinfoil and bake approximately 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
