- 1/2 dishpan tomatoes
- 6 to 8 large onions
- 6 to 8 hot peppers
- 10 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/3 c. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Use ripe tomatoes; peel and cut up tomatoes and onions.

2Put in pan; cook about 1 hour.

3Then add pepper, sugar, vinegar, peppers, cinnamon and salt.

4Cook another hour to an hour and a half.

5Then pour in pint jars and seal while hot.
