   Follow the candy melts package instruction to melt candy. Or place candy melts in the top of a double boiler (with simmering water in the bottom) and melt slowly. While the candy is melting, line two cookie sheets with wax paper.

   Next, dip spoons one at a time into the melted candy and coat spoon. Quickly place the coated spoon on the wax paper and decorate with your choice of toppings. Once all the spoons are coated place the cookie sheets in a safe area to cool. The spoons will be ready for packaging within a couple of hours.
