- 1 (16 oz.) bag California Blend of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can onion rings
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix thawed and drained vegetables with soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 onions.

2Put in 2-quart baking dish.

3Bake for 30 minutes, covered, at 350°.

4Put rest of cheese and onions over and bake 5 minutes more, uncovered.
