  • 1 (16 oz.) bag California Blend of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix thawed and drained vegetables with soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 onions.

    Put in 2-quart baking dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes, covered, at 350°.

    Put rest of cheese and onions over and bake 5 minutes more, uncovered.
