- 1 1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mayo
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Stir together the chopped onions, shredded sharp cheese and the mayo.

3Pour into an ungreased quiche pan or comparable Pyrex dish.

4Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

5Place a triple layer of paper towels across the top of the dish to absorb any oil that surfaces.

6Serve hot with crostini, Italian toast or a favorite savory cracker.
