  • 1 1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. mayo

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Stir together the chopped onions, shredded sharp cheese and the mayo.

    Pour into an ungreased quiche pan or comparable Pyrex dish.

    Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

    Place a triple layer of paper towels across the top of the dish to absorb any oil that surfaces.

    Serve hot with crostini, Italian toast or a favorite savory cracker.
