Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken wings (15 to 20 wings)
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Durkee red hot sauce (nothing else!)
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic (optional)
Directions

1Remove wing tips and discard.

2Split wings in half at joint. Broil or bake wing sections until almost cooked.

3In deep saucepan, melt margarine.

4Add Durkee red hot sauce and Tabasco sauce.

5Stir in cayenne pepper.

6Mix well over medium heat.

7Add partially cooked wing sections and simmer, covered, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes.

8Remove wings from sauce and serve.
