Hot Wings

  • 3 lb. chicken wings *
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) bottles red hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions

    Cut wings into two pieces, discarding wing tips.

    Cook on rack over pan in oven at 425° for one hour.

    Turn after half hour.

    Melt butter or margarine and add hot sauce.

    Pour over cooked wings and marinate at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.

    Place on rack again and broil for 5 minutes on each side, until crisp.
