- 3 lb. chicken wings *
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) bottles red hot sauce
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut wings into two pieces, discarding wing tips.

2Cook on rack over pan in oven at 425° for one hour.

3Turn after half hour.

4Melt butter or margarine and add hot sauce.

5Pour over cooked wings and marinate at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.

6Place on rack again and broil for 5 minutes on each side, until crisp.
