- 12 oz. part skim milk, or Mexican cacique
- 8 oz. ground saltine crackers
- 2 yellow bell peppers with seeds removed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a blender, add one cup of milk and one teaspoon of vegetable oil.

2Add cheese, crackers and yellow pepper.

3Blend and season to taste.
