- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo sprouts
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- few carrots, sliced
- small amount of celery
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken, diced
- 1 small bottle sunflower oil
- rice
- butter
Directions

1Pour oil in a big pot.

2Add cauliflower, broccoli, onion, carrots and celery.

3Cook for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat.

4Push and pull.

5Do not stir.

6Do not use a lid.

7The last 5 minutes, add drained water chestnuts, drained bamboo sprouts and cooked, diced chicken.

8Cook as much rice as you desire.

9Put topping over your rice and squeeze as much butter as you wish to taste.
