Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. chopped bananas
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 (16 oz.) powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Add sugar and oil, stirring in dry ingredients until moistened.

    Do not beat.

    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.

    Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.

    Remove and cool.
