  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. diced banana
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients into bowl and add sugar, cinnamon, banana, pineapple, oil, eggs and pecan.

    Stir well.

    Do not use mixer.

    Bake in Bundt pan for about 65 minutes at 350°.

    Be sure to grease and flour pan.
