- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped bananas
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions

1Do not use mixer!

2Combine dry ingredients and sift together into large mixing bowl.

3Add oil and eggs.

4Stir until well mixed, but do not beat.

5Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.

6Pour into 3 well-greased and floured round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or in one Bundt pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
