- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups bananas, chopped
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Add eggs and salad oil.

3Stir until moistened.

4Do not beat.

5Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.

6Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured pans.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

8Cool in pan 10 minutes.

9Remove and cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
