  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Put all ingredients in bowl except for nuts; mix well on low set beater.

    Fold in nuts and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Cool and ice with cream cheese icing if desired.
