  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. chopped bananas
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, bananas and pineapple. Do not beat the mixture. Bake in 3 layers at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool cake layers, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
