- Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 1/2 extra vigin olive oil, plus more for garnish
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

11. In a food processor, process the chickpeas and reserved liquid for 30 seconds, until smooth.

22. On a cutting board, mash the garlic with 1/4 tsp salt using the flat side of a knife. Scrape into a small bowl and stir in the tahini and oil. Transfer the mixture to the food processor and process thirty seconds, Add the lemon juice and process until nearly the consistency of sour cream, season with salt to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Drizzle with more oi before serving
