- 3 garlic cloves
- juice 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- sweet paprika
- parsley
Directions

1Put first 4 ingredients in food processor.

2When it's like a spread, taste it and add salt and pepper.

3Add 1/4 cup water to the spread; taste again, add tahini.

4Serve the Humus on a plate.

5Put olive oil in the middle, paprika and a leaf of parsley for decoration.

6Dip pieces of pita bread in Humus.
