- 1 cup Dried garbanzos/chickpeas
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, fresh and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Tahini
Directions

1Soak garbanzos/chickpeas overnight.

2Drain garbanzos, add fresh water, and cook for one hour.

3Blend beans and 1/2 cup of water in blender or food processor.

4Add garlic, sea salt, tahini, and lemon juice. Blend.

5Add additional garbanzo water if needed.

6Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, and serve.
