- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cups cooked chickpeas (about 1 1/2 cup dried)
- 23 cup water, from the chickpeas
Directions

1Place ingredients in order listed in Blendtec.

2Blend on medium for 30 seconds.

3Scrape and repeat as necessary.

4For extra creamy hummus, peel the skins off the cooked or canned chickpeas before blending.
