  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in food processor.

    Blend and slowly add room temperature water (not hot) until smooth consistency.

    You can add more garlic and salt or Tahini to taste.
