- 17 oz. can chickpeas
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sesame paste or tahini
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- chopped parsley and paprika for garnish
Directions

1Blend all ingredients together (except the olive oil) in food processor until smooth.

2Add oil and mix well.

3Garnish with parsley and paprika.

4Serve with crackers or cut pieces of pita bread.
