- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 heaping Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic
- fresh parsley
- pita bread
Directions

1Drain and rinse chickpeas.

2In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, juice of 1 lemon, garlic and tahini.

3Blend until smooth with no lumps.

4Add more lemon juice, if needed. Pour dip into bowl.

5Squirt with juice of 1/2 lemon on the top and garnish with parsley.
