Hummus Pit-Zas!

  • 6 (6 inch) pita bread
  • 12 pint hummus
  • 12 cup olive tapenade
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (2 ounce) can anchovies, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke heart, chopped
  • 12 cup pepperoncini pepper, sliced
  • 14 cup feta cheese
  • 14 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 and lay pitas out on a baking sheet.

    In a bowl, combine the hummus and the tapenade and spread over the pitas.

    Mix together anchovies, artichokes and pepperoncinis.

    Top with pitas with cheese and cover with mixture.

    Sprinkle with feta and bake for 10-12 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.

    Slice and enjoy!
