- 1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
Directions

1Place beans in food processor fitted with steel blade; cover.

2Process until almost smooth, scraping down side of container as needed.

3Add dressing and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; process until smooth.

4Fill each pita half with 1/2 of the bean mixture, cucumbers and carrots.
