  • 1/2 cup , cooked or canned
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Directions

    Place beans in food processor fitted with steel blade; cover.

    Process until almost smooth, scraping down side of container as needed.

    Add dressing and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; process until smooth.

    Fill each pita half with 1/2 of the bean mixture, cucumbers and carrots.

    Serve a glass of milk with the meal.
