- 240 g Chickpeas
- 30 g Tahini sauce (or White sesame sauce)\
- 40 to 50 g Olive oil
- 40 g Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 g salt
Directions

1Put chickpeas and garlic cloves in the food processor and mince them until they became coarsely pureed.

2Put all rest of the ingredients and mix them well.

3If you would like smooth silk-like hummus, add more olive oil, water, or water from a can of chickpeas.
