  • hummus cup lowfat citrusy chickpea
  • 1 ounce baby greens or more
  • cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1 flatbread soft, choice

Directions

    Spread hummus in an even layer over 1 side of wrap.

    Spread greens over hummus.

    Place cucumber at one end and roll up like a jelly roll with scallion ending up in the middle.

    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.

    Slice at the diagonal.
