  • 1 1/2 c. raw chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. fresh (packed parsley)
  • lots of black pepper
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1/4 c. scallions or onions
  • dash of tamari

Directions

    Blend it all gradually and correct seasonings to your taste. If you need to add a bit of reserved liquid to make it blend, do so.

    Excellent with veggies or crackers.
