- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. softened butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Crumble brown sugar, butter and flour together like pie dough. Reserve 1 cup for topping.

2Mix together by hand the beaten eggs and sour cream.

3Mix soda, salt and vanilla with flour mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Crumble on reserved topping. Bake at 350°

5for 40 minutes.

6Check at 35 minutes.
