- 4 1/2 lb. beef cubes, cut in half
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 3 3/4 oz. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. macaroni
- 32 oz. sour cream
- 6 eggs
Directions

1In crock-pot, layer beef cubes, onion and paprika to make 3 equal layers.

2Put on high with lid on, approximately 6 to 8 hours.

3Cook macaroni according to package directions.

4Add to meat.

5Add eggs and sour cream and mix well.

6Continue on high until well heated.

7Serve.
