- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. sauerkraut
- 4 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 3 large potatoes, sliced and parboiled
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle chops lightly with salt and pepper; flour on both sides.

2Brown in a heavy skillet; then arrange a layer of kraut, then a layer of potatoes with a layer of kraut on top.

3Sprinkle with paprika and brown sugar.

4Pour tomatoes over top.

5Cover and cook slowly on top of stove for 40 to 45 minutes or until chops are very tender.
