- 2 (1-inch) lean pork chops
- salad oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. dill weed
- garlic powder
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown chops and drain.

2Add onion, spices and water.

3Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour. Transfer chops to warm platter. Add sour cream to gravy and blend.

4Spoon over chops.
