- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
Directions

1Prepare peppers (remove white sections).

2Mix ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.

3Fill peppers; place in deep cooking vessel.
