  • 4 large peppers
  • 1 large can V-8
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste

    Prepare peppers (remove white sections).

    Mix ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.

    Fill peppers; place in deep cooking vessel.
