Hunt'S Tomato Sauce Casserole

- 1 lb. elbow macaroni (Creamettes)
- 2 small cans or 1 large can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 6 ribs celery, diced fine
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
Directions

1While water is boiling for macaroni, brown hamburger and celery in large frypan.

2When the meat is browned, add tomato sauce and mushrooms.

3Let this simmer while macaroni boils.

4Drain macaroni and put back into the large pot it was boiled in, then add sauce mixture to it.

5Mix well, then put in Pyrex casserole and cover with cheese slices.

6Bake at 350° until cheese melts. When reheating leftovers, put aluminum foil over it.

7Serve with the rest of celery stalks as a salad.
