Ingredients

  • 4 squirrels, cleaned and dressed
  • 1 can bouillon
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dry will do)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • flour (enough to dredge squirrels)

Directions

    Dredge squirrels in seasoned flour and brown in enough oil in roasting pan.

    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Reduce temperature slowly for 45 minutes or longer until tender.
