  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. sliced pared potatoes

    Melt butter in skillet.
