- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (20 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. sliced pared potatoes
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add onion and cook 5 minutes.

3Add meat and seasonings.

4Cook until browned.

5Add corn and milk.

6Put potatoes in a 2-quart casserole; cover with meat mixture.

7Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
