  • 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 4 oz. can Mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 1 qt. Tomatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 12 oz. bag Broad Egg Noodles (cooked & drained)
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Brown beef, add peppers and onions; saute.

    Add mushrooms after excess fat has been drained off.

    Add tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and egg noodles.
