- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 cube butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Spray or grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over coconut.

4Mix cake mix like directions on box.

5Pour over coconut and nuts.

6In a bowl, blend together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; this will be stiff.

7Drop by big teaspoonfuls on top of cake mix.

8Do not put this mixture close to edge of pan.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

10Serves 12.
